BLACK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE INGREDIENTS: • 5 eggs • 1 lemon • Black and white chocolate • 1 tablespoon butter • 1 cup flour • ½ cup sugar STEPS TO COOK: • Preheat the oven at 220 cº. • Break the eggs in a bowl. • Add the flour and the sugar to the eggs, and mix the ingredients. • Beat the mixture. • Grate a lemon and add the lemon sprinkles to the mixture. • Break the chocolate bars and melt them in the microwave. • Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and beat it. • Grease the bowl with some butter. • Pour the mixture in the bowl. • Put in the oven for 20’.
